Hempsted HRC Road closure
On 20th September 2009 road closures will be in place on Secunda Way and parts of Hempsted Lane in Gloucester which will affect access to the Household Recycling Centre (HRC) between 9 am and midday.
Limited access will be available through Hempsted village and all traffic will be controlled at the junction with Secunda Way and the exit from the HRC by Stewards and the Police. These restrictions are in place for the Cancer Research UK Run 10K event which is being supported by Gloucester City Council.
Residents planning to visit the Hempsted Household Recycling Centre in the morning are advised to postpone their visit to the afternoon if at all possible to avoid potential delays and inconvenience. For further information or to enter visit www.run10k.org
