Find out where you can recycle your real Christmas tree.
Cheltenham
Residents who are on the garden waste scheme can put trees up to 5ft tall out with their garden waste. Please leave whole wherever possible. Christmas Trees will also be accepted at the Swindon Road Recycling Centre.
Cotswold District
Take trees to: (first 2 weeks after Christmas)

• Batsford Garden Centre, Moreton
Forest of Dean
Christmas trees can be put out for collection with the normal garden waste. Ideally trees need to be reduced to pieces no longer than 3ft.
Gloucester
Trees should be cut up and put into your green garden waste bin.
Stroud
Christmas tree recycling service will operate between Thursday 31st December and Friday 15th January. Banks will be available at:

Alternatively, local residents can recycle their trees in their brown garden waste bins as part of the garden waste collection service. Trees must be in the bin and if they are taller than 8ft, must be cut in half to allow them to enter the vehicle safely.
