Christmas Cards
Christmas cards can be recycled by placing them in your blue wheeled bin, or by using cardboard recycling banks at a Household Recycling Centre. For more information click here.
Please do not recycle cards with excessive amounts of glitter, plastic trim or electronic parts.
Christmas Trees
Get 2012 off to a green start by recycling your Christmas tree with Tewkesbury Borough Council's Treecycle scheme.
Christmas trees can be recycled in your brown bin as part of the Garden Waste Collection Service. If the tree is taller than 6ft, please cut it so that it fits in the bin and can be emptied safety into the vehicle.
If you do not subscribe to the Garden Waste Collection Service, you can take your tree to one of a number of garden centres in the Borough and the Council will collect it and compost it for you. For more information, please click here
Trees can also be taken to any of the Household Recycling Centres in Gloucestershire. Please click here for more information.
Wrapping Paper
You can recycle your plain wrapping paper in your blue bin. Please do not recycle paper with excessive amounts of glitter, plastic trim or sticky tape.
