When will it start?

The trial started on 24th and 25th October.  Before this, Stroud District Council had to deliver 1700 kitchen caddies, 1700 food waste bins, 3400 rolls of special caddy liners and 800 wheelie bins.  This happened during the two weeks beginning 8th October.
