Reuse networks

Swapping, donating and buying second-hand items is a great way to be environmentally friendly when upgrading goods. Your trash could be someone else's treasure.

You could swap your unwanted items or give someone else the opportunity to use them by donating them through one of the following online reuse networks:

• Freegle website - for your items that are too good to throw away, but you just don't want them anymore. Why not take a look at the website and see if someone locally is offering something you might like?
• Freecycle website - a non-profit group of people reusing items in their own towns. Each local group is moderated by local volunteers and membership is free.
