- Make pumpkin soup, pumpkin curry, or classic pumpkin pie.
- Roast the seeds for a snack.
- Bake some leftover pumpkin brownies.
❄️ Freeze it
- Chop into cubes and freeze.
- Make pumpkin puree and freeze in tubs.
- Great for pumpkin puree smoothies.
🎨Create with it
🌱 Compost it
- Put it in your food waste caddy
- Compost at home in your compost bin.
